1. Registration & Payment

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.

Full payment is required before April 27, 2026 (21 days before event). Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come basis.

2. Cancellations

Refund if the registered person cancels 14 days or more before the start date; not applicable for the $200 non-refundable deposit.
No refunds within 14 days.
If the workshop is cancelled by Studio Fekete, a full refund will be issued.

3. Age Requirement

Participants must be 18 years or older.

4. Nature of the Workshop

This is an in-person, open-air workshop in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
It focuses on drawing and watercolour through guided observation and practice.
It is not a certified course or formal instruction program.

5. Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, physical well-being, and adapting to outdoor conditions (weather, terrain, sun exposure).

6. Artistic Work & Teaching

All demonstrations, guidance, and teaching approaches remain the intellectual property of Studio Fekete.
They are for personal use and artistic development only and may not be reproduced or taught commercially without permission.

7. Documentation

Photos or videos may be taken. By participating, you consent to their use for website, social media, and promotion.

8. Liability

Participation is voluntary. Studio Fekete is not responsible for injury, loss, or travel disruptions.
